Tamil film actor Vivek died on Saturday in a Chennai hospital. He was admitted to this hospital called SIMS in Vadapalani where he went through stenting procedure because of having blockage in a critical blood vessel of the heart. He was put in intensive care unit and passed away in the early hours of the day.

He was taken to the emergency room on Friday morning in an unconscious state by his wife and daughter. He has a sudden attack which doctors said was because of an acute syndrome. He had taken Covid-19 vaccine just a day before this happened but it was confirmed that it had nothing to do with the attack.

Also, he was just declared as state’s ambassador for creating health awareness among public. He took the Covaxin in Tamil Nadu and asked many people to take the vaccine.

He was a successful comic hero. He had established himself as a solo comedian and had an amazing career in late 90s. He was famous for his timing and mimicry talent. Some of the movies he was known for are “Run,” “Dhool,” ‘Sivaji,” and “Anniyan.” In 2009, he was also given the Padma Shri.
