Brushing teeth is great and is advised to be done twice every day. However, the paste that is put on them these days doesn’t really qualify to be called Healthy. - Ayurvedic Tooth powder: Tooth powders made of natural ingredients are easy to find in the market, easy to use and also affordable in price. Using a tooth powder takes just as long as brushing with a toothpaste. For better results, take a few drops of mustard oil and mix the powder in it before you massage your teeth with it.
- Turmeric, salt and clove: All these three are easily available ingredients and are super healthy for teeth. Mix them together and massage your teeth with it gently and rinse with water after two minutes. This mixture has the powder to fix many of the dental problems.
- Brush: When I say brush, I mean without paste and with soft bristles. Brushing is good, it takes away the plaque off of your teeth and cleans them thoroughly. If you are somebody who wants to stick to brushing your teeth, do it without a paste before you sleep at night. So, switch soon and have healthy teeth
