The BCCI is thinking all the way to complete the remaining matches of IPL 14. In such a situation, it has been reported that in September, these matches can be played in UAE. On May 29, there is a special general meeting (SGM) of BCCI in which it can be announced.
Let me tell you that 5 Test matches are to be played between India and England. This series starts on August 4. There is a 9-day gap between the second and third Test matches. Which can be done for IPL for a minimum of 4 days. Which gave BCCI a few more days.
India and England will finish the series on 14 September. Even after this, the BCCI would have a month’s time before the World Cup. In which the players of England and India will go one day in UAE lane. 5 days will be required for the knockout stage.
Then there are 24 days left, in which 27 matches will have to be done. In such a situation, 8 Saturdays and Sundays came. Which will have 2 matches in a day. In such 8 days, 16 matches will be played. And there are 11 matches left in the remaining 19 days.
The BCCI says that if they do not get the rest of the matches, then they can suffer a loss of 2500 – 3000 crores. Last year also the IPL was held in UAE.
