  • It’s energizing. Many people use a particular song to feel energized when laziness surrounds them. Though it is like the placebo effect, but if it works who cares what it is. It is effective and that’s what matters.
  • It helps increase concentration.  Focusing on the rhythm and the pattern of the music helps many increase their concentration power.   Identifying the pattern of the background music in a song is many people’s favourite thing to do. If you have never tried it then you must because an increased concentration will help you in life in a million ways.
