Eyes are dear to everybody. And why would they not be? After all they are the ones through which we get to see the world. Unfortunately, there are many eye diseases nowadays and they have become common too. Having a week vision is most common amongst all. Many people these days are having to wear glasses for that reason. However, these problems can be fixed by making a few changes in the lifestyle. So, let’s discuss what those are!
Vitamin A: We all are aware how important Vitamin A is for eye health, yet we don’t tend to increase its intake in our diet and instead look for some eye drops to fix the problem without making any changes in the lifestyle. So, simply have enough Vitamin A in your everyday diet and prevent your eyes from any further damage. The best source of this Vitamin is Carrots and green leafy vegetables. In summers, mangoes are also a good option.
Eyes exercises: Just like the rest of your body, eyes are a kind of muscle too and need regular exercise. These exercises may not look easy to you but in just a couple of days you will get used to it. You can simply google some eye exercises and do them every day once or twice. Give it some time before looking for results. They cannot only prevent further damage but can also possibly reverse some eye diseases.
Water: Well, water here doesn’t refer to drinking water, it refers to water used for washing eyes. However, that doesn’t mean you should not have enough water, but along with it, you should also wash your eyes 2-3 times every day with cold water (not refrigerated, naturally cold).
