England has won the first T20 match against the Indian. In this 5-match series, England has taken a 1–0 lead. In the first t20 match held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, England won the toss and decided to bowl first.

The start of the Indian team to bat was nothing special. KL Rahul’s wicket fell on just 2 runs. Captain Kohli was also dismissed on the score of zero as soon as he came. Shikhar Dhawan was also dismissed on the score of 4 runs.

Rishab Pant had played some good shorts but he could not take his innings long. Shreyas Iyer scored the most (67) runs for India. Due to which India scored a score of 124.

Talking about the bowling of England, Torah Joffra Archer took 3 wickets. Rashid, Ben Stokes, Mark Wood and Chris Jordan got 1-for-1 wickets. The England team started to bat very well. In the powerplay, 50 runs were put on the board without losing any wicket. England’s first wicket fell at a score of 74. England achieved the target in 15.3 overs.

Jason Roy scored an innings of 49 runs for England, due to which all the pressure became on India. The hero of this match was Joffrey Archer and received the Man of the Match award.

The reason for India losing the match was to rest Rohit Sharma. With this, India landed on the field with 3 spinners. England first invited India to bat because of the toss. Because in the second innings, dew makes the batting easier. Whose England took full advantage and won the match. Now in the second match, it will be interesting to see what playing XI plays.

But with this win, England will put more pressure on India and want to increase this lead.
