Corona virus has caused so much in India that now even IPL has also been hit by it. For a few days, players of many teams were becoming corona positive. After which now bcci has decided that it is better to postpone IPL 2021 for now.

All the players were in the bio bubble during the tournament. But despite this, the players are not escaping from Corona.

IPL chairman Brijesh Patel told PTI, “The tournament has been suspended indefinitely. We will try to organize this competition in the next available time, but this month is not likely. ”The announcement was made when SRH wicket keeper Wriddhiman Saha and Delhi Capitals spinner Amit Mishra were found to be Corona positive.

BCCI vice-president Rajiv Shukla said, “We will see if we can get any suitable time for the IPL event later in the year.” It may be September, but for now it will only be speculation. The situation as of now is that we are not organizing the tournament. ‘

Let me tell you that on Monday, the results of CSK bowling coach L Balaji and KKR bowlers Sandeep Warriors and Varun Chakraborty also came positive. Due to which 2 IPL matches were postponed.

But now, with Saha and Amit Mishra coming positive. Bcci has postponed all the matches in view of the safety of the players. Even before this, many questions were being raised on the IPL. Many people said that on one side the country is fighting against Corona. On the other hand the IPL matches are happening. But then bcci took the responsibility of protecting all the players while assuring the bio bubble.
