India won the third test match with 10 wickets against England. This was a day-night test match which was held at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. Usually, the test matches are for 5 days but this test match finished within 2 days. Yes, you read correctly, in fact, the third session of the second day did not complete.
On the First Day, England won the toss and chose the bat first. But English batsmen did not play well in front of the Indian spinners. In the first inning, England got all out at 112. Only Zak Crawley looked comfortable against the Indian blower and made a half century but he did not convert his 50 into a big score and gave the wicket to Axar Patel. From the Indian side, Axar Patel took 6 wickets and R Ashwin took 4 and Ishant Sharma took 1 wicket.

In this match, Axar Patel took 11 wickets and received the man of the match award. This was also a Special match for Ishant Sharma because this was his 100th test match. If india win the last test match or if the last test match will draw then India will reach in the finals but If england win the last test match then the Australia will play finals with New Zealand.
