Exercise regularly: Regular exercise benefits every single organ in your body and stomach is not an exception. When you exercise every day, your stomach works better to digest the food and take nutrition from the food to repair the muscles of your body. But if you just stay seated the whole day then the food just sits inside you and make you fat, and eventually, obese.
Herbal Tea: Certain herbs are known for strengthening the digestion system. Some of those are Cumin seeds, Carom seeds and Fennel seeds. You can use them in your food to make it more digestible. However, there is another way of benefitting from them quickly. All you have to do it make a Tea of any of these seeds in water.
Just put one teaspoon of any of these seeds and boil them in a glass of water until the quantity is reduced to half. After that sieve and drink. Make sure you do it at least 2 hours after a meal. To sweeten it, you can use jaggery or honey.
Fruits and Vegetable: If you eat more natural food, then your stomach will automatically get its power back because digesting fruits and vegetable is easier than the processed and packed food. Eating fast food and stored food puts too much pressure on your stomach and leads to poor digestion. So, make sure you eat raw and natural food for overall good physical and mental health.
