It may sound impossible to some of you but it is not. Your height depends on your physical activity, nutrition and the growth hormone called Pituitary gland. So, in order to increase height, you have to make some lifestyle changes and after a point you will see the changes. This method should work for most of the people. However, exceptions are always there.
- Exercise: You cannot just sit the whole day or lie down and expect to grow taller. You must get your body moving. However, exercise here doesn’t refer to lifting heavy weight in the gym. - Meditation: Wondering what meditation has to do with height? Well, as we discussed that the growth hormone is responsible for increase in height which stop being released after a certain age. However, through meditation for third eye, you can release it and grow tall.
Now just go and measure your height and follow these steps with discipline and check after every two weeks and even though it will be slight but there will be a difference. All that it takes is a promise to yourself.
