Time of the day

Assuming that you work out in the morning, you should probably have a small yoga session in the evening. It will give your body more than enough time to heal from the exertion of the morning and will relax your muscles.

Before or After workout?

However, if you work out really hard every day then doing yoga post-workout will help your muscles recover faster. So, you can try and see which one works for you better.
