HighCourt directed the Center, 490 MT of oxygen should be reached today. If it is not followed, the court can take contempt action. At this time the hearing was going on in the High Court on lack of oxygen at this time. Today, 8 people have died in Batra Hospital in Delhi due to lack of oxygen.
During the hearing in the High Court, it was being told from Batra Hospital in Delhi that they had too much oxygen left. After which it was reported that 12 patients died due to lack of oxygen in Batra Hospital. Which also included a doctor.


“We did not get oxygen on time, our oxygen was exhausted at 12 noon and we got supplies at one and a half hours,” said the statement issued by the hospital. We have lost a life, in which we had a doctor of our own. ”
During the hearing, Batra Hospital said that we have only one hour of oxygen left. Every day one or two hours pass very hard.
Delhi Government said:
The Delhi government has told the court that priority is not being given to the oxygen tankers of Delhi. Delhi has to struggle everyday. To know this, we have to go to the bottom of what is going on behind the screen. Our officials are on the verge of nervous breakdown every day. Meanwhile, advocate Virat Gupta has said in his appeal that he knows that 12 political parties are engaged in black marketing of oxygen.


On this, the High Court directed the Center “In any case, 490 MT of oxygen should be reached today. If it is not followed, the court can take contempt action. If this work is not completed then the secretary of DPIIT will next You will have to appear before the court in the hearing. Now the water has gone above the head, ”
Highcourt to Batra Hospital
Delhi High Court told the MD of Batra Hospital, “You need to remain calm, anger is not right for you, you are a doctor, if you also lose control, what will happen to the rest of the people.” All the people are engaged in the work of improving the supply chain. ”The Delhi High Court has asked the Delhi government to help Batra Hospital.
