The whole city had been suffering from scorching heat because of which Dubai created a method to make artificial rain fall using drones when the temperature passed above 50 degree celsius.
The videos of monsoon-like rain have gone viral on social media sites which have become a topic for discussion. The city used drone technology that shocks clouds into producing rain.
This rainmaking technology that is called cloud seeding was employed when the summer became unbearable after temperature surged above 50C.
Cloud seeding method is apparently a successful technique as heavy rainfall was witnessed earlier this month across the country. As per Gulf Today, a warning was issued to the public by NCM and Abu Dhabi Police about the poor visibility and poor driving conditions.
