Yoga has been gaining popularity among people lately. It is no longer limited to Indians, but these days people all over the world are using it either to stay physically fit or mentally. However, some people fail to get the benefits of yoga because they make certain mistakes. So, we will discuss a few things that must be taken into consideration to get the maximum benefits of yoga.

1. It should not be done indoors. When you do yoga your blood circulation increases and your body demand more oxygen and if you are indoors, your lungs fail to get the required oxygen to benefit the body. Therefore, make sure you either do it outside, at the rooftop or in a well-ventilated room.

2. Yoga should always be done in the morning. The oxygen content in the air is maximum in the morning as compared to any other part of the day. So, make sure you wake up early and do yoga before the human activities begin to disturb you. This way you can get both the physical and mental benefits of the yoga.

3. Wear loose clothes while practicing yoga. Your skin needs to breathe too when you exercise and in skin-tight clothes, you will be practically strangling your skin. On the other hand, if you wear loose clothes, air can benefit your skin and your pores can let the air in which can do wonders to your mental and physical wellbeing.
