Get some oil (Coconut + Castor) and warm it just a tad bit. Once that is done, start applying it on your scalp and massage gently. If you have problem massaging by yourself, get someone to do that for you and if you don’t have anybody around, you can google how to self-massage head.
After that put a towel in some warm water, take it out, wring it and cover your head with it. Keep it there for 30 minutes.
Wash your hair once with a mild shampoo, preferably Ayurvedic or natural. After that towel dry them gently for a couple of minutes.
Get some curd and squeeze a lemon in it. Now apply it on the scalp until you cover the whole head. It will relax you completely. If you feel sleepy after it, sure take a nap but don’t lie down, you will spoil the pillow or the sheet. Sit on a chair and close your eyes. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
