On Sunday it was decided that CBSE class 12 exams will be held between July 15 and August 26. Two options had been proposed by the Central Board. One is taking the exams for main 19 subjects at notified centers or holding small duration exams for all the subjects at the schools of students.

Although some say the duration will be 30 minutes and others say it will be 90, the point is that it will be a short-duration exam. Most of the states agreed with this format. However, only 4 states (Delhi, Maharashtra, Goa and Andaman & Nicobar) opined that the exams should not be held.
