Cardio a great form of workout, whether you want to build muscles or lose fat, less or more of it should be in your workout regime. We always take into account our goal while incorporating cardio into our routine. However, not many of us take the season into account before choosing the perfect form of cardio. In summer, the sun is too hot to be outside and choosing running as a form of cardio is a sheer folly. It seems obvious that we must sweat during cardio otherwise we don’t feel like we have done enough.

You can also do it till autumn but stop when the winters start approaching because it may not seem to be a pleasant activity anymore for obvious reasons.

WINTERS

Winters are completely different from summers in many ways, so the cardio should also change. Unlike summers, you feel good when you are warm in winters. To get yourself warmed up and entertained at the same time, make CYCLING your best friend.

You can pack yourself in clothes and hit the road. Winters are usually depressing and sitting at home makes it worse, so leave and cycle around the city to change the mind. If possible, stop using automobiles and cycle your way everywhere.

Usually, people gain unnecessary weight in winters. So, by cycling, you can have a healthy body and mind both.
